Biography
DANIELLE DAVIE is a documentary filmmaker and visual anthropologist. She has a PhD in documentary & anthropological cinema. She directed ethnographic films and a few shorts, and now works on documentaries and experimental films & videos in which she explores the capacities of cinema to contain the space from which we look at the world. Danielle is the director of ALBA-UOB’s Film School in Lebanon. She is also co-founder and member of Rawiyat-Sisters In Film collective.
