HIV Alternativo: Follow-Up on Community Health
Decades after the emergence of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, alternative approaches to health and care remain vital within LGBTQIA+ and HIV-affected communities. This talk explores evolving narratives around HIV — from personal accounts of stigma and resilience to collective experiences of sex positivity, mutual support, remembrance, activism, solidarity, and alternative health practices.
