Extract

Marie Darah

MEUTES (Midis Poésies) — 2024

The poetry of Marie Darah, themself an “actor, author, slammer, socio-cultural workshopper”, ignores norms and borders, gender, language, space, systems. In this book, everyone, and more particularly the “Little People”, have a voice. Fully anchored in concrete life, in the fight for equality, kindness, respect, this collection of poetry also constitutes an offensive against capitalism, exploitation, everything that restrains and muzzles being (human or not).
